We are opting to make changes with our service format here at Uzo Design. The way these changes will work is for us to have a monthly retainer arrangement in exchange for certain services that will be provided as well as Uzo's availability. In other words you pay at flat fee each month for Uzo's availability, design work and technical support. While this will cost you more money, it is worthwhile investment that will provide you with additional value for your brand and peace of mind in knowing Uzo will be there when you needed. These contents might include photos, tips, humor, inspirational quotes etc. The idea is to be active and keep your fans (tribes) engaged. If someone asks a question on your social media while you're busy. We'll respond on your behalf or consult with you. During holiday periods you may need to put up design work that reflects that festive period. The point of all this is to continuously put your brand in front of your clients and potential clients so that they are always thinking of you. Social media platforms are also good places to advertise and run special promotions.
Professional photography of location, products and clients ($150 value): With this service I'll come once or twice a week to your location to take pictures of your clients or products that will be uploaded to your website and social media pages. People love to see images and videos. Google loves to rank higher sites that are constantly providing new content. These images also speak for your expertise even in your absence.
Setting up and running ads (up to $50 of Ad cost included): Designing the ad, setting it up, monitoring it and giving you the stats so that you can make an informed decision or achieve certain business goals. Ads cost money so depending on how big your goals are additional fees may be requested. Some times to get 50 people to click your ad in order for 5 to take action (hopefully, become a client) you might need to reach 5000 people. So, it's not as simple as spending $40.
video posting on social Media: This is similar to the photography mentioned above
Online listing fixing and Reputation Management ($300 value): The more places your business comes up online the better ranked you're by Google. Practically, this service insures that information about your business online is accurate and well monitored. It allows you to make changes on multiple platforms from one dashboard. If someone gives you a review you can see it, if it's negative you can suppress it while addressing the poster. It also allows you to make changes to your hours in the event you need to make changes. It is also a good place to run specials and other ads.
E-mail Marketing: Each time a client fills out a form on your website their information is stored. This includes when they book appointments as well. They say most of your business will come from the 20% of repeat customers. So, by collecting their information you can send them messages directly to their e-mail. These messages might include specials, holiday greetings, announcements etc. The messages can also be set up to send automatically in some situations.
All of these things mentioned above will be managed by Uzo Design on your behalf.

Can't Afford this service?
If you feel you can't afford these services here are a few ways we can help.
Increase your prices: While this might seem like a scary thing to do. Consider that you already provide exceptional services to your clients and that they are already committed to you and know that you're worth it. One of the best way to justifying increasing your prices is to offer something extra. It could be a package of services you already offer.
Partner with another business in your industry: Talk to someone in your industry about collaborating in some form of business exchange. The best candidates would be someone you're not directly competing against. For example you can carry a product sold by a spa company and ask for a percentage of their sales.
Referral: Talk to your clients while offering them your services and find out what kind of business they are in and if they are in need of design work. If they are send them our way and you get 10% of their service fee or have that 10% subtracted from your fees. If you refer a client that needs web design ($1500+) 10% of that will be $150. Think of it you're getting a discount while making money. Cool huh?
Sell a product/Offer a new service: You can sell gift cards etc
